Unit 2’s kickboxing class has been voted the Best Cardio Class in Atlanta.  Our unique brand of kickboxing features an intense class taught by real fighters and should not be confused with “cardio kickboxing” found at corporate “big box” gyms.

This class incorporates drills that fighters use combined with high intensity plyometric and calisthenic drills.  All pushes, kicks, knees, and elbows are executed against a 100lbs+ heavy bag.  This class with help increase your cardiovascular ability as well as make you stronger, faster, and more powerful.

Our kickboxing class will help you lean and tone.  Some of our members have lost as much as 90lbs in their 1st year kickboxing with Unit 2.  Using a heart rate monitor, we’ve seen members burn over 900 calories during the 50 minute class with an estimated average of 758 calories burned.  Our kickboxing instructors are here to motivate you so that you can get the most out of every class.

This class is attended by everyone from fighters looking to get their bag work in, to 60+ year old grandmothers, to working professionals looking to get in shape.  The class is structured so that each participant is able to work at their own pace.  All skill and fitness levels are welcome!
