Description
On the last Saturday of each month Unit 2 Fitness will have an open fitness challenge. Members and non-members may attend but only Unit 2 Fitness members will be ranked. The three male and females will be featured on the website and on our monthly newsletter.
The challenge starts at 1 PM Saturday March 26th. You must be ready to go at 1 PM. Show up early!

We put it on there 3 times so no one can pretend we didn't say that "You will need running shoes"!
This Month's challenge:
- 1 mile run (why you need running shoes!)
- 25 pull ups for men in less than 3 minutes or 2x 30 second hangs for women in less than 3 minutes
- 100 push ups in less than 10 minutes
- 20 Kettle bell clean and press in under 2 minutes
- 50 leg lifts (90 degrees) from Roman Chair in less than 3 minutes
Each part is worth up to 10pts. In the event of a point tie then we will use the fastest times as the tie breaker.
