Description

On the last Saturday of each month Unit 2 Fitness will have an open fitness challenge.  Members and non-members may attend but only Unit 2 Fitness members will be ranked.  The top male and females will be featured on the website and on our monthly newsletter.

The challenge starts at 1 PM Saturday February 26th.  You must be ready to go at 1 PM.  Show up early!

We put it on there 3 times so no one can pretend we didn't say that "You will need running shoes"!

This Month's challenge:

  • 1 mile run  (why you need running shoes!)
  • 40 dead lifts in less than 3 minutes (Men 135lbs, Women 65lbs)
  • 100 push ups in less than 10 minutes
  • 20 "rock bag" stand up from knees in under 2 minutes  (Men 80lbs, Women 45lbs)
  • 50 Medicine ball sit ups in less than 3 minutes

Each part is worth up to 10pts.  In the event of a point tie then we will use the fastest times as the tie breaker.
