There is no loss for those who come to win

Muay Thai Boxing: As the national sport of Thailand, Muay Thai is akin to kickboxing, however it also employs knees, elbows, and clinch work. Our Muay Thai class is taught so that it can be used either as an independent system or as an essential element for integration into an MMA game.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: As a martial art and combat sport, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on grappling. The student is taught to gain dominant positions and secure submissions. The practical applications of BJJ include self-defense, tournament sport-grappling, and serving as the foundation for a mixed martial arts system.

Mixed Martial Arts and Submission Wrestling: Join one of the hottest sports in the world. MMA is the integration of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, and Muay Thai. In this sport competitors start standing up and through powerful take downs fight on the ground. We start students off with no-gi submission wrestling and as they progress teach them how to integrate striking into their ground games. Students that show exceptional skill and dedication are invited to our team only training.

Capoeira
: Brazilian martial art that integrates fluid dance like movements and traditional music. Capoeira was developed initially by slaves in Brazil, starting in the colonial period. Because slaves in this period were not allowed to learn martial arts, capoeira was developed to have the appearance of a dance. Participants form a roda (circle) and take turns playing instruments, singing, and sparring in pairs in the center of the circle. Fluid acrobatic play, feints, subterfuge, and extensive use of groundwork, head butts, sweeps, and kicks mark the game. Technique and strategy are the key elements to playing a good game.

Our team motto is "There is no loss for those who come to win" and we mean it. Our martial arts programs are taught by some of the top level people in the world. Our students win; all the time; and not just in tournaments and fights but in their personal goals as well. We have a student that wanted to be able to go for 3 hours straight on his 40th birthday. We pushed him hard for 3 hours of Muay Thai and he made it!

When you join you are not only going to get some phenomenal training but you are also going to be a part of our team. We do a lot of other activities together. We love to meet up and watch the UFC fights or go support one of our team mates in a local fight. We compete in all of the local tournaments and show up as a team. We won the 2007 NAGA Georgia and 2007 Casca-Grossa tournaments in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It is pretty common for us to go out to eat or hang out after classes on Saturdays.
