Kickboxing: This high-intensity class is taught by professional fighters with years of training experience. You can expect to burn around 700+ calories per session. By blending a kickboxing training regimen with calisthenics, plyometrics, and cardiovascular conditioning, these fitness kickboxing classes will push you to your personal limits and help you achieve your physical fitness goals. This class is offered 28 times per week Monday – Saturday.

Our fitness classes are, humbly speaking of course, awesome. All of our classes are taught by professionals who are genuinely interested in seeing you reach your goals. Our instructors and coaches love what they do. We want to share our passion with you.
We offer fitness classes to meet just about anyone's schedule. We start as early as 6:30 AM and train as late as 8:00 PM. We can also schedule personal training sessions to begin as late as 9:00 PM. We offer classes Monday - Saturday and are open on Sunday too.
