Indian Breakfast Salad

 

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons of slivered almonds
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons light sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in small skilled over medium heat. Toast almonds until golden.
  2. In medium bowl, mix almonds and all of the other ingredients
