Warm Up
  • wall sit holding 10lb weight x 1min; 3 sets
2 rounds of the following:
  • 4 minutes:  hammer swings on tire x 10; high steps with hammer overhead x 20
  • 1 minute break
  • 4 minutes:  burpee with forward jump length of mat; sprint back
  • 1 minute break
  • Random exercises as called by trainer for random intervals
  • 1 minute break
