station 1:

  • jumping onto 2″ box
station 2:
  • using 12lb/15lb bar
  • – straight arm raise x 10
  • –  bicep curl x 10
  • – military press x 10
  • – triceps extension x 10
station 3:
  • broad jumps forward length of mat. jog back
station 4:
  • medicine ball slams
2 min per station, change and start straight away. 2 min rest after all 4 stations. 3 rounds. 5 min ab to finish
