Do 10 push ups, 10 squats, 10 crunches dropping the reps per set with no breaks all the way from 10 – 1.

4 sets

  • 20x Romanian deadlift to high row
  • 10x  burpees

4 sets

  • 20x Lunge with dumbbell press
  • 10x squat jump
