Station 1 (repeat for 10 minutes with no breaks)

  • 20x Chest Press
  • 10x pushup with row
  • 20x bicycles

Station 2 (repeat for 10 minutes with no breaks)

  • 4x tire jumps
  • lunge down mat and sprint back
  • Sit through  down mat and sprint back
