Fitness 360 workout 05-28-2011

station 1:

  • hammer swing at tire, run length of mat. add 1 swing each round
station 2:
  • jump hurdles alternating in height 1ft, 2ft, 1ft, 2ft, 1ft using swissballs for 2ft jump
station 3:
  • turkish get-up x 5 each side using 15lb bar,
  • russian twist with bar x 10
each station 3 min with 30sec. 3 rounds total
