w/ body bar: 10 squats, ten push ups, ten lung steps then 5 laps running X2 sets.

Chest press x10, row and fly 10, shoulder press ten then 3 laps running x 2 sets

Sit through x10 then back lunges across floor. . Run back X 3 sets

Broad jumps down floor length then 10 tuck jumps X 3 sets

Side shuffle circle- punches and sprawl drill
