Warm up 5 min

  • Ladder drills 10 min
  • Breakdown 10 push up 10 squat 10 crunch 9,8,7, etc.

5 mins x3 rounds

  • 10 push press
  • 15 mountain climber
  • 10 knee to elbow
  • 50 rope jumps

*50 -100 crunches after each round

Partner sit ups w body bar intermittent 20 chest presses with 11 sit ups. 5 min

Leap frog and shoot under 2x each side then switch positions. 5 min
