station 1
  • farmers walk length of mat
  • sprint back.
  • weights 25lb, 35lb and 45lb
station 2
  • Sprawl x 10
  • sit through x 10
  • squat jumps x 10

station 3
  • tire flip
  • standing jump onto tire each flip
  • start at 2 jumps and add 2 jumps each flip
