Station 1

  • medicine ball: slam down then/chest pass to wall
station 2
  • sprawl, lunge width of mat, sprawl, lunge back
station 3
  • dip x 10/push up x 10 on paralletes
station 4
  • Russian twist with medicine ball x 10
  • sit up and reach with medicine ball x 10
station 5
  • on stationary bike at lvl 10 doing over 90rpm
5 min ab to finish
