  • Power cleans 2 reps per 45 sec. 10 mins

  • Rope: 50 jumps- 5 plyo pushups

  • 40 jumps- 10 plyo pushups

  • 30 jumps- 15 plyo pushups

  • 20 jumps- 20 plyo pushups

  • 10 jumps- 25 plyo pushups

  • One arm body bar lunge and press down floor and back X 4

  • 4.  2 sets shuttle run

  • 2 set shuttle run starting from laying on there backs.
