Fitness 360 workout 05-04-2011

Do each station for 3 min with 30 sec break.  3 rounds total.

station 1:

  • suicides with sandbag. squat at each stop, add one squat each time until reach end of mat then start over
station 2:
  • push up off tire x 10
  • dip x 10
  • raised leg squat off tire x 10 each side
station 3:
  • run through hurdles. sprawl at end
  • set up hurdles two forward, two lateral, two forward
