Fitness 360 workout 04/09/2011

1 minute per station.  Do each station 2 times without stopping.  Then 2 minute break.  Repeat entire sequence 3 times.

Station 1:

  • press with water pipe
Station 2:
  • dip on tire
  • high steps
Station 3:
  • ball slams length of mat
  • ball throws back
5 min abs
