Fitness 360 workout 04-28-2011

Each station is 3 min long with 30 sec break between.  Do 2 rounds total of each station.
station 1 :
  • deadlift sandbag onto graduated platform from the ground starting on lowest level
station 2:
  • run on spot for 15 sec
  • sprawl for 15 secs
  • mountain climbers for 15 secs
  • sit-through for 15 secs
station 3:
  • forward jump length of mat
  • push-up x 10
  • forward jump length of mat
  • sit-up x 10
station 4:
  • slam medicine ball into ground as hard as possible. moving down mat.
  • at end of mat throw ball back to beginning and sprint after.
