Fitness 360 workout 04-21-2011

Do as many rounds as possible per station for 3 minutes.  1 minute break between stations.   Do entire circuit 3x times.

Station 1

  • 5x barbell presses from laying on floor
  • 10x wind shield wipers with bar

Station 2

  • 10x jumps on 24″ box
  • 10x per side one leg up squat

Station 3

  • 10x Barbell pull overs from floor with 15lbs bar
  • 30x Russian twist with 15lbs bar

5 minutes of abs
