Each station is 4 min x 1 min rest.  Do the entire circuit twice.

Station 1

  • 10x Dumbbell alternating press
  • 10x Dumbbell push up
  • 10x Dumbbell alternating row

Station 2

  • 10x single leg hop up
  • 10x sprawl
  • 10x single leg squat
  • 10x sprawl

Station 3

  • 20x high steps tire
  • sprint down and back mat jumping obstacles

5 min ab workout at end
