10 minute warm up

No breaks between exercises.  Work for 20 minutes straight.  If you finish all within 20 minutes go back to the beginning and try for a second round

  • 20 squats with water-pipe
  • 10 lunge steps with water-pipe
  • 10 hang cleans
  • 20 push ups
  • 10 split jumps
  • 10 pull ups
  • 50 crunches
  • 10 dead lifts
