1 min per station, no break between stations, 2 min break after all stations. 3 rounds of each circuit.

circuit 1

station 1:
  • medicine ball slam: ball pass to wall
station 2:
  • on bike at level 10 over 95 rpm
station 3:
  • ropes swings up and down
station 4:
  • tire flips
station 5:
  • jump rope

circuit 2

station 1:
  • medicine ball throw from outside foot standing sideways
station 2:
  • on bike at level 10 over 95 rpm
station 3:
  • rope swings sideways
station 4:
  • burpee with jump on to tire
station 5:
  • mountain climbers
5 min ab work after doing each circuit 3 times to finish!
