Fitness 360 workout 04-08-2011

Today’s training is with a weight that you can just get the 20th rep with.  Drop weight after jerk.  (This is why we use bumper plates!)

  • Run from Unit to the end of Penn Ave and back
  • 20x Power clean and jerk
  • Run from Unit 2 to the end of Penn Ave and back
  • 20x power clean and jerk
  • Run from Unit 2 to the end of Penn Ave and back
  • Pat yourself on the back for being awesome and training hard on Friday!
