Do each station for 3 min + 30 sec break. Do each station two times

station 1:

  • 2 lunges forward
  • 2 sit through
  • jog back once reach end of mat
station 2:
  • split push-up x 10
  • mountain climber x 10
  • push-up to T x 10
  • burpee x 10
station 3:
  • burpee with forward jump down mat
  • jog back
station 4:
  • dips x 20
  • high steps x 20
5 min ab work to end
