The diet –
You will be expected to maintain a 100% Paleo diet for challenge duration. It is all you get to eat. Period. You get no bread, no oats, no grains, no sugar, and no artificial anything. You only get to eat real food. You will have to cook or get your meals from RSB Premade Paleo. You do not get to cheat. You can whine about it; but not to us.
The workout –
You will be expected to attend a minimum of three CrossFit classes per week at Unit 2 CrossFit. Additionally you will be expected to do at least two days of activities in addition to your three mandated CrossFit classes. For example you could do CrossFit, kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, jogging, cycling, swimming, rock climbing, or any other sport/physical activity for your other two days of activities.
The program starts on Sunday February 17th at 12:00 PM. It goes for four weeks and ends on Saturday March 23rd at noon. Each week we communicate with you via email, phone, and in person in the gym about the program and how you are doing. The first and final class we are going to do measurements – body weight, waist circumference, and body fat.
How it works-
We will also be doing a performance assessment – 1 mile run, max push-ups in 1 minute, max sit-ups in 1 minute. Optionally we will take before and after pictures. You do not have to do the photos but they are a great motivator. You might not like the before but it is all the more reason to work your tail off and have an awesome after photo.
How to join the Challenge-
If you are a Unit 2 Fitness member you can upgrade your membership to CrossFit for the duration of the challenge.
