What types of memberships does Unit 2 Fitness offer?

Answer

  1. Fitness membership: Access to all fitness classes (kickboxing, yoga, etc.) and all weight / cardio equipment.
  2. Stand Up Martial Arts: Access to all fitness classes, boxing, Muay Boxing, and all weight/ cardio equipment
  3. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Access to all fitness classes, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission wrestling, and all weight / cardio equipment
  4. MMA membership: Access to all fitness classes, martial arts classes, and all weight / cardio equipment
  5. Ladies Only Martial Arts Membership: Access to all fitness classes, ladies only martial arts classes, and all weight / cardio equipment

Testimonials

Since leaving the Marines, exercise routines, even with a personal trainer, have always been sporadic and short term endeavors.  Sadly, exercise for the sake of good health is not enough motivation to keep me interested for longer than a couple of months.   Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with Roberto Traven, however, has been unbelievably addicting and great exercise.
