Q: How do I become a member of the Unit 2 Fitness fight team? |

A: To become a member of the fight team you must train with our head coach until such a time the he decides you are ready to become a member of the team. |
| Q: Do I have to fight or compete to be a member of Unit 2 Fitness? |

A: No. 90% of our members are training for fun/fitness/self defense. If you would like to take your game to the next level and try competition then we are happy to assist you. However, we will not push you in that direction. |
| Q: Are your classes convenient? |

A: We are open from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM Friday, and 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday - Sunday. We have many classes every day. Please refer to the schedule for current class times. When our classes are not going on you are welcome to use the mats, bags, or our state of the art weight room and cardio area. |
| Q: I do not want to get hit and or spar. Is that going to happen here? |

A: Not unless you want to. We do not encourage our members to spar. However, if you would like to do this we will provide you with a safe and controlled environment to do this. |
| Q: What makes Unit 2 Fitness's kickboxing classes different from other kickboxing classes? |
| |
A: Our classes are taught by one of our professional fighters and martial artists. We teach the same movements and drills that our fighters use to prepare for competition. You train on a Muay Thai style heavy bag which adds resistance to the workout. This is one of the most effective way that we have found to get in shape and have fun while doing it.

| Q: I think I deserve a discount on training. How can I get one? |

A: We do have some discount programs. You get $10.00 off per month if you are a full time student currently enrolled in a local University. You get $20.00 off per month if you are in law enforcement (APD, FBI, etc), are full-time in the Military, or are a fire fighter. We also have family discount packages. If you qualify for multiple discounts you get the best one only. |
| Q: How many classes may I do per week? |

A: All of our membership options are unlimited. So if you sign up to do kickboxing you can do as many kickboxing classes as we offer. All of our memberships allow unlimited use of the gym facilities (weights, bags, etc.). |
