Day 1 Muay Thai training in Thailand

Today I started training at Emerald Muay Thai in Ao Nang Thailand. Hugh has been training for 2 weeks and trained here last year for 3 months. The head coach has trained over 20 world champions in Thailand including Lumpinee Stadium champions. Will, the owner of Emerald Muay Thai, is an accomplished boxer and Thai boxing fighter.

For the 6 weeks previous to leaving for Thailand I have trained every day with Dymond at Unit 2. Our training has been excellent and I left the US at 171 LBS and 10% body fat.

The training here is grueling. The 90-95% humidity and heat makes it feel like I cant breath at all. Just finishing the training is an accomplishment. I drink 8 liters of water a day and eat as much as I can stomach and still can’t stop losing weight.

Below is my schedule of training on my 1st day. Also, check out my weight, which I take before training each session.
