Strength:
Squat Clean and Jerk

Warm-up sets:
1×8 Squat Clean then 1×8 Jerk, 
then 1×5 Clean and Jerk

Work sets:
5×3 reps (increase weight as form and ability allows) 

WOD:
“Running with Grace”
3 rounds for time of:
10 Clean & Jerks (135/95)(115/75)(95/55)
Run 400 m
