**6am class canceled and gym closed until 2pm to clean. Evening classes as usual.

Strength:
Snatch EMOM:
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes complete:
1 Hang Squat Snatch
1 Power Snatch
1 Overhead Squat
*Increase the load as possible

Rest 3 min

EMOM for 5 min complete:
2 Squat Snatches
*pick a load and keep the load the entire time (fast circuit)

WOD:
For time:
Run 800 m
20 Burpees
— then —
3 rounds of:
12 Pull-ups C2B / Pull-ups / banded
12 Power Snatches (115/85) (95/65) (65/35)
— then —
20 Burpees
Run 800m
