Strength:
Front Rack EMOM
1 Squat Clean
3 Front Rack Lunges
5 Front Squats

*This EMOM is more focused on the Front Rack and the Front Squats than it is on the Squat Clean so you are not using a weight that is difficult for a Squat Clean or you will not make it through the EMOM.

AMRAP in 20 min of:
5 Toes To Bars
10 Goblet Squats
15 Push-ups
20 AbMat Sit-ups
25 Double Unders
