CrossFit WOD 7/19/16

Strength:
Deadlift
3×3, 2×1, 1xBurnout w/ 70% of heaviest weight from sets of 1 today.
*Very important to keep good posture, form and technique during the BO. Do not round forcing extra reps!
*We did the Burnout on a month ago just like this. I encourage members to keep a training log for days like this. You should know more info than your 1 rep maxes.
