Work sets: 5×3 reps

WOD:
10 rounds for time of:
15 Deadlifts (135/95)(115/75)(95/55)
15 Push-ups

**If you finish in Under 10 min rest 1 min then Row 1000m for time

**If you finish in under 15 min rest 1 min then Row 500m for time

**Over 15 min Rest 1 min then complete 2 Burpee per full minute of time (16:28=32 Burpees)
