200 m Run 
30 KB Swings (70/53) (53/44) (44/35) 
30 Double Unders / 90 singles 
30 OHS (135/95) (95/65) (65/35) 
100 m Run 
**Once round complete, reverse order back through meaning start with the 100m run (this would be two 100m runs back to back)
