1 Squat Clean
**pick a light load and stay with it

Rest 2 min

Every other min for 12 min
3 squat cleans 
**start heavier than 1st EMOM and add weight as possible

AMRAP in 20 min of:
5 HSPU Paralletes/Flat/Inverted Box PU
10 T2B / K2E / Toes 2 KB
15 Med Ball Cleans (20/14)(14/12)(12/10)
