CrossFit WOD 2/27/17

Back Squat
Warm-up sets: 1×10, 1×5, 1×3
Work sets: 5×2 reps 

“Incredible Hulk”
AMRAP in 20 min of:
5 Deadlifts 
5 Power Clean 
5 Front Squat
5 Push Press
5 Back Squat

**Do not just DROP the bar from the back squat. Lighter weight can be push pressed back up front and to the floor. Heavier weight please be careful of your surroundings.  
**Do not drop the smaller weights or an empty bar at all.
