Strength:
Squat Complex:
5 sets of:
5 Back Squats 
3 Overhead Squats 
**transition straight into the OHS from Back Squat

WOD:
CrossFit Open 14.2/15.2
2 Rounds in 3 min of
10 OHS (95/65)
10 C2B Pullups 

Scaled:
2 Rounds in 3 min of:
6 OHS (65/45)
6 Pull-ups

**If the 2 rounds are finished inside the 3 min then do another 2 rounds the next 3 min but adding 2 reps. 

**Continue doing so until the 2 rounds are not completed inside the 3 min. 

**Every student completes at least 9 min (3 rounds) of this workout staying at the last rep count THEY COMPLETED. This means go back a round if necessary.
