*increase weight if possible

1 Power Snatch + 2 OHS
*increase weight if possible

WOD:

AMRAP in 7 min of:
10 Power Snatches (75/55)(65/45)(45/35)
3 Bar Muscle-Ups / 5 C2B / 7 Pull-ups 

***DO NOT DROP THE WEIGHTS FROM HIGHER THAN YOUR KNEES!!!!!
