Strength:
Deadlift
Warmup sets: 1×10, 1×5
Work sets: 3×3 reps, 2×1 reps, 1×3 reps

WOD:
Death by Deadlifts and Burpees

Start with 1 Deadlift and 1 Burpee increasing by 1 rep each every minute until you are no longer able to compete the reps of both within the minute. 

0-1 min 1 Deadlift + 1 Burpee
1-2 min 2 Deadlifts + 2 Burpees 
2-3 min 3 Deadlifts + 3 Burpees 
etc…
