6 KB Swings (70/53)(53/44)(44/35)
7 KB SDLHP (70/53)(53/44)(44/35)
8 Push-ups
9 Ab Mat Sit-ups
10 Burpees
11 HSPU / Inverted Box PU 
12 Power Snatches (135/85)(95/65)(65/35)

**Perform like the song: 1 then 2, 1 then 3, 2, 1 then 4, 3, 2, 1 etc until 12, 11, 10… 2, 1 to finish.
