Strength:
Snatch Complex: 5 sets x 1 rep through
1 High Hang Snatch
1 Mid Hang Snatch
1 Snatch from floor (touch and go)

*do not reset grip during the complex
*all are “squat snatches”

WOD:
Alternating EMOM for 24 min
1) 3 Power Snatches (70%)(60%)(50%)
2) Double Unders (60)(40)(singles for min)
3) 2 Overhead Squats 

*percentages are based off of Squat Snatch 1RM
