21- 15- 9 reps of:

Workout A:
Box Jumps (30/24)(24/20)(20/12)
Kettlebell Swings (70/53)(53/44)(44/35)
Run 400m

Workout B:
Thrusters (95/65)(65/45)(45/35)
Burpees
Run 400m

In groups of 2, one person completes 21 reps of Workout A while their partner ccomplete 21 reps of workout B. They then run 400m TOGETHER. When they return they switch completing 21 reps of the other workout (A to B, and B to A) followed by 400m. Follow this until each person has done 21- 15- 9 of each workout.
