CrossFit WOD 10/21/17

Today’s classes will be an Open WOD, meaning there will be no coach present. Coach Jeff will be bringing his new daughter Rylen home from the hospital. So do the warm-up and mobility and then get the WOD started.

Warm-up:
3 rounds for time of:
3 Wall Climbers
5 Burpees
10 Push-ups

Mobility:
Banded shoulder stretches

WOD:

“EVA”
Rounds for time:
30 Kettlebell Swings
30 Pull-ups

Beginner- 3 rounds
Intermediate- 4 rounds
Advanced- 5 rounds
