WOD:
As Many Reps As Possible in 3 Mins
2 Rounds:
10 Overhead Squats 115/8595/65 85/55
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

Every time you complete 2 rounds in 3 mins = extra 3 mins and Add 2 reps to each exercise
When you cannot complete 2 rounds in 3 mins WOD is complete
