200m Row
200m Sprint
20 Double Unders
20 Burpees
6 Pistols (3 each leg)
6 Pull Ups
10 Jumping Goblet Squats
10 Clapping Push Ups
Teams of 2:  Each partner may work at the same time.  Each exercise must be completed in 10 rounds by either partner.  Figure it out together.
