CrossFit WOD 08/01/2014

UNIT 2 Crossfit will be starting new programming Monday August 4th.

Every class will include:

– Mobility

– Strength

– Workout of the Day (WOD)

Today’s class will give you a preview of  what you can expect, Enjoy!


Warm Up:
7 Minute AMRAP (For Quality)
250M Row
10 Goblet Squats (KB)
10 Push Ups
10 V-Ups

Mobility:
5 Mins – Hip Mobility
5 Mins – Shoulder Mobility

A) 25 Mins Back Squat – Build to a heavy set of 8 reps

B) 10 Rounds For Time:
3 Front Squats (Rx 175/110, Intermediate 135/95, Beginner 85/65)
6 Ring Dips
9 Toes to Bar

(15 Min Time Cap)

Record Heavy Set & Time on WOD.
