Teams of 4

4 rounds of the following.  Each station is a 3 min AMRAP.  Only 1 person can be working at a time per team.

Station-1
15’ Rope climb x2 / 15 Box jumps (18”)/ 15 Burpees

Station-2
21 Hand release push-ups (full lock-out at top)/ 21 Sit-ups / 21 Squats

Station-3
60′ Tire flip  / 21 Kettle bell swings 54#
