2 minute round AMRAP repeat circuit 3 times

Round 1

  • 2/4/1 wall ball
  • 5x ab wheel roll outs
  • 10 push ups

Round 2

  • Burpee (add +1 burpee after each hurdle)
  • 180 turn over hurdle

Round 3

  • 10x Bicycles
  • 10x Mountain climber
  • 10x Sit through
