CrossFit WoD 07/01/2011

  • Jog to Piedmont Park
  • 3x 400 yard sprint – do 10x push ups, 10x burpees, 10x squats between each run
  • Jog .5K
  • 4x 25 yard sprints.  Walk back from each sprint
  • Jog back to gym from Piedmont Park
